EmployAbility
EmployAbility work with disabled undergraduates or graduates to ease the transition from education to employment. They offer internship and graduate opportunities with top employers, advice on disclosure and adjustments required, help with applications, coaching or training for interview and assessment centre skills, mock interviews and support throughout the recruitment process and beyond. Also working with employers wanting to become ‘disability inclusive’, EmployAbility provide the essential link between disabled people and employers, and have established relationships with universities, other disability charities and many other key stakeholders.
