Publications

Invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Any shortages / non-deliveries must be reported within 10 working days of receipt of invoice.

Our Returns Policy

Publications can only be returned if damaged or faulty, within 30 days of delivery, as follows:

1. Customer must contact Skill at sylvia@skill.org.uk to obtain a returns authorisation number.
2. If requested by Skill, items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
3. Returned goods must be marked 'Returns' and must show the authorisation number.

Delivery Restrictions

At present we can only deliver within the UK. If you need to order publications for delivery overseas, please place your order via post at the address below, or by contacting sylvia@skill.org.uk You can also send us your order by fax on
020 7450 0650.
